       It is our belief that the best taste of food starts with the best quality of raw materials, and we stick to it firmly.  We also believe that the freshness of the raw materials contributes significantly to the good taste of the food.  At Fusion Foods if a material is not fresh it is simply not used. We use fresh southeastern herbs in almost all of our dishes.  Finishing a full meal from us would leave you feeling healthy and satisfied, not a guilty fullness and greased out heavy.  We take pride in our food and service, so try us out and you’ll just might end up loving this tiny little hole in the wall.
